    Bruce is an immigration attorney with over fourteen years of experience. He has the knowledge and capability to provide comprehensive representation for all types of immigration cases. His passion is assisting families and individuals obtain the best results possible for their case. He has helped thousands of clients in obtaining visas, permanent residence, and citizenship.

    Bruce can assist investors interested in pursuing an EB-5 case, as either a stand-alone investment or as part of a Regional Center. As a part of the investor team, he has advised clients on the establishment of their own EB-5 Regional Centers, and he has the capability of delivering the highest level of service on the immigration-related matters that flow from investors whose capital is utilized in the funding of the EB-5 projects. He has also represented individual EB-5 investors as they navigated the immigration process from conditional to non-conditional permanent residence. Some businesses that he represented and that benefited from stand-alone EB-5 investment include a hotel in the Texas Panhandle, a coffee distribution company in mid-town Houston, and a fish farm in the Texas Hill Country.

    Bruce attended law school at the University of Houston, where he became heavily involved in the Immigration Clinic started by former Immigration Judge Joe Vail. He also took advantage of as many international opportunities as he could, pursuing comparative law studies at Oxford University in the UK, McGill University in Canada, and the University of Kragujevac in Serbia. He also obtained his MBA from the University of Notre Dame, graduating with honors in a finance emphasis.
