Biography

Krenek Law Offices’ managing partner, TRICIA K. THOMPSON, is part of the firm’s management team, and is actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s business operations as well as client consulting and representation. Ms. Thompson graduated from the University of St. Thomas earning both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in accounting prior to obtaining her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Ms. Thompson has studied abroad as an undergraduate at the University of Reading in England and then as a law student at the University of Innsbruck in Austria under United States Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Thompson served as a judicial law clerk to then State District Judge and now Texas Supreme Court Justice Jeff Brown. Ms. Thompson also has extensive experience and involvement with educational and political outreach at the local, state and national levels. Ms. Thompson is a Certified Mediator—A.A. White Institute, a member of the State Bar of Texas, a fellow of the College of the State Bar, and also serves as an elected official in her local community government.
